If you are a student, faculty member or instructional designer, you can click on the Collaborate logo at the right of the Behind the Blackboard log in screen to be directed to the new Collaborate support portal. If you are a Blackboard Collaborate Administrator, you can log in directly to our authenticated portal. If you do not yet have credentials, please contact your Collaborate Account Manager. If your question relates to a case that has already been closed, please provide that original case number in your new case request.
