Web Conferencing - Setting your connection speed
The speed of your connection can affect the quality of your web conferencing experience. If your connection is poor (keeps dropping), try selecting a increasing your connection speed to maximum setting (for broadband users) or lowering your connection speed (for dial-up users). Just keep in mind that there may be a compromise between connection stability and quality (e.g., delays in receipt of Audio, Video and Application Sharing content).
The first time you join a session, the Select Connection Speed dialog appears, prompting you to select the connection speed (the speed of your Internet connection). After you exit the session, the connection speed is automatically saved with the preferences. Thereafter, you can change your connection speed through the Preferences dialog. For instructions, see Setting Your Connection Speed in the web conferencing Participant's Guide.
