We are pleased to announce the availability of the Building Block 4.2.1 for Blackboard Collaborate web conferencing. This update is available for hosted customers using the Session Administration System (SAS) and Blackboard Learn 9.1 Service Pack 10 or higher.

Who is the Building Block available for?
The Building Block is available to Blackboard Learn Course Delivery clients who also license Blackboard Collaborate and are on Blackboard Learn 9.1 Service Pack 10 or higher.
How do I Download?
The Building Block can be downloaded using one of the following methods:
Clients running Blackboard Learn 9.1 Service Pack 10, 11 and 12 will be notified of the Building Block via the Software Updates module on the Administrator Panel as well as in the Building Blocks section as an available update. Administrators can choose to install the Building Block through the interface by simply clicking “Install Update”.
The new release must be downloaded and installed by your institution’s administrator. To take advantage of this release, please visit our Support Portal to download the appropriate Building Block integration. Administrators can download the Building Block from the Downloads section of the Support Portal within the CMS and LMS Integrations folder. For additional information on how to access your downloads through the support portal, please click here.
